Mr. Parth Shah is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds bachelor’s degree in Law and Bachelors degree in Commerce. He has a wide experience of five years in the field of Corporate and allied laws. He is also an Independent Director in one of the leading Listed Company based on Gujarat i.e. Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited.
His area of expertise includes preparation of and submission and Laisoning for Documents with Authorities like SEBI, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, IPR and RBI. He has been has rich experience in practical implementation of varied Corporate Laws. His area of expertise also includes Drafting of Corporate Agreements and Deeds.
